Shipping and returns

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is free for Spain and Portugal via Correos Express.

Shipping is free for Europe via UPS.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: shipping is €12.50 (free shipping on orders over €150).

For shipments to all of America and the United Kingdom: shipping via UPS. We are not responsible for customs duties.

Shipments to the Canary Islands are made via Correos Express. The tracking number is not generated automatically, so it must be requested from Vidorreta by email.

Vidorreta is not responsible for any possible fees and/or taxes that may apply in each country, island, or autonomous city (including customs). Rates outside of Spain and Portugal will vary.

FREE SIZE EXCHANGES

The first size exchange is free and is only available for mainland Spain and Portugal. The customer has a period of 14 days to process said exchange.

RETURNS

Vidorreta accepts the return of its products within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition and have not been used. In addition, they must be sent in their original box, which must not be taped or damaged.

The cost of the return will be €5.90, which will be deducted from the corresponding refund.

Returns are not permitted for ribbons and tubes.
